Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DreadPit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DreadPit. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the content of your summoning prompts. Prompts that are sexually explicit, hateful, violent against real people, or otherwise unlawful are prohibited and will be rejected.

By submitting a prompt you grant DreadPit a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the resulting generated images for display within the game, including on public pages such as the leaderboard, graveyard, and fight history.

You understand that the summoning prompt you submit is sealed permanently. You cannot retrieve, edit, or delete it after submission.

Fight outcomes and fighter deaths are permanent. The AI judge's verdict is final. We do not reverse fight results or resurrect dead fighters under any circumstances.

Daily rounds are triggered by administrators. We make no guarantee about the frequency, timing, or continuity of daily rounds.

Credits are consumed to summon additional fighters. Credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time.

Your first fighter summon is free. Subsequent summons cost credits purchased through the in-game shop.

You may not attempt to circumvent content filters, abuse the API, create accounts for automated or bot use, or attempt to manipulate fight outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

DreadPit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, fight fairness, or AI judge accuracy. The AI judge's decisions are final and opaque — the system may produce unexpected verdicts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreadPit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
